Dan Hopkins is the founder of Landmark Advanced Outdoor Solutions.  His love of all things outdoors extends from the coast to the mountains as he is originally from Clearwater, FL and is a graduate of Appalachian State University.  He met his wife Susan in college, they have two children and moved to Charlotte from Atlanta in 2006.

After earning a degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University, he began his career in industrial tool sales and management.  In his most recent role in the medical device industry, Dan was managing an eight-state territory and seeing less and less of his family… and the outdoors. 

No stranger to hard work or working outdoors, Dan decided to combine his passion for landscaping and recreational land development and create a company dedicated to developing advanced concepts for outdoor solutions.
